Odporno\u015b\u0107 i konkurencyjno\u015b\u0107 gospodarki \u2013 cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 grantowa, Dzia\u0142anie A2.2.1. Inwestycje we wdra\u017canie technologii i innowacji \u015brodowiskowych, w tym zwi\u0105zanych z GOZ.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celem projektu jest wdro\u017cenie modelu gospodarki o obiegu zamkni\u0119tym w procesie produkcji kompozyt\u00f3w zbrojonych, wykorzystywanych jako elementy wy\u0142o\u017ce\u0144 autobus\u00f3w oraz innych pojazd\u00f3w. Przedsi\u0119wzi\u0119cie pozwoli firmie MOTOPLAST ograniczy\u0107 ilo\u015b\u0107 odpad\u00f3w produkcyjnych, zwi\u0119kszy\u0107 ponowne wykorzystanie surowc\u00f3w oraz poprawi\u0107 efektywno\u015b\u0107 energetyczn\u0105 proces\u00f3w produkcyjnych.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W ramach projektu zaplanowano zakup i wdro\u017cenie nowoczesnych rozwi\u0105za\u0144 technologicznych: prasy hydraulicznej, robota szlifuj\u0105cego, m\u0142yna do tworzyw, paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz us\u0142ugi doradczej dotycz\u0105cej analizy wska\u017anik\u00f3w \u015brodowiskowych.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dzi\u0119ki realizacji inwestycji mo\u017cliwe b\u0119dzie ponowne wykorzystanie odpad\u00f3w maty szklanej w procesie produkcji, przygotowanie odpad\u00f3w kompozytowych do recyklingu oraz wykorzystanie energii odnawialnej do zasilania nowych urz\u0105dze\u0144. Projekt przyczyni si\u0119 r\u00f3wnie\u017c do zmniejszenia zu\u017cycia surowc\u00f3w pierwotnych, ograniczenia emisji CO\u2082 oraz wdro\u017cenia bardziej zasobooszcz\u0119dnego modelu produkcji.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efektem projektu b\u0119dzie rozw\u00f3j innowacyjnej i bardziej przyjaznej \u015brodowisku technologii produkcji kompozyt\u00f3w, zgodnej z zasadami GOZ.
