-\u00a0<\/strong>Es ist eine Formtechnologie, die ein Verbundmaterial auf der Basis eines duroplastischen Harzes (z. B. Polyester) mit Verst\u00e4rkungsfasern (Glas, Kohlenstoff usw.) herstellt.<\/p><p>Duroplastische SMC-Formmassen gibt es in verschiedenen Varianten, deren Eigenschaften durch geeignete Typen und Kombinationen von Harzen und Verst\u00e4rkungsfasern modifiziert werden k\u00f6nnen und somit die Festigkeitseigenschaften des Produktes regulieren.<\/p><p>Das Halbzeug wird meistens in Form von Platten hergestellt. Aus diesen Blechen lassen sich Formen der gew\u00fcnschten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe schneiden, die dann in Stahl- oder Aluminiumformen bei erh\u00f6hter Temperatur in die gew\u00fcnschte Form gebracht und mit hydraulischen Pressen unter Druck gepresst werden. W\u00e4hrend des Prozesses finden mehrere Polymerisations- und Vernetzungsreaktionen statt.<\/p><p>SMC TECHNOLOGIE bietet vielseitige Gestaltungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, hohe Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t und schnelle Produktionszyklen.
